Frequently Asked Questions About Our SAT Course

There are two English modules and two math modules. The English modules cover reading comprehension and writing skills. 

All sections of the test are covered in detail, except for the optional essay.

Yes, calculators are permitted on the entire math portion of the SAT. In fact, a Desmos calculator is built into the platform for everyone to use.

When a student should begin SAT prep depends on the student’s goals and where the students stands now. It is best to take a practice test and see how far the student’s score is from her goal.

It’s also important to study at a time when your schedule permits it. For example, a junior may want to study in the summer before junior year if they are involved in extracurricular activities throughout the entire school year.

No, we provide all necessary SAT review materials. Most students do not need notebooks since they can write directly in the provided books.
