Procedure:
- Use a compass to draw an arc with one end at the vertex of the angle.
- At one intersection, make an arc.
- Draw another arc at the other intersection without changing the radius.
- Draw a straight line that goes starts at the vertex and goes through the intersections of the later two arcs.
